I take it all back
The weather has turned brilliant today. The wind’s dropped, the sun’s out and it’s a couple of degrees warmer. As the saying goes, it’s the difference between ‘Oh’ and ‘Ahhhhh’.
Yesterday, Munchkin was on the beach in a shortie and borderline hypothermic. Today her and doglet ran around the beach at Dunrobin Castle in a vest and a nappy (daiper) and didn’t even have goosebumps!

Day Twelve: Al fresco dining – and more pooping
It was actually a really nice day, not too promising to look at early on, but the sky cleared and the sun came out by the time we were out for a walk. So, wondering whether the washing would be dry or rewashed when we got back we headed off for a coastal potter around the Dalmeny Estate. The drive to the house seemed to be closed, so we went round and parked at South Queensferry. From there you can walk (under the Forth Bridge) in to the estate along the coast.Continue reading

Since Doglet has graciously permitted use of her name for this esteemed blog it only seems fair to officially introduce her. Mia, aka Doglet, is a 5+ year old female Papillon from Missouri; she now resides in the UK after surviving a plane journey across the Atlantic about 19 months ago to immigrate with her beloved servant.
