Doglet’s not so good at the moment. The first we really noticed was when we had her up to the park on Saturday, She wasn’t really up for running like she usually is and by the time we were on the way home she really didn’t want to walk anymore; so she got a carry. Two days later and Debs rang me with an update. She’d got into a lot of pain today and was crying when she had to get up and move around, so she was off to the vet for investigation. There’s nothing clear yet. She’s too inflamed round her back leg for the vet to tell what’s going on.
So, Mia’s had some form of anti-inflammatory and pain killing injection and been sent home for rest. Tomorrow I take her back for an x-ray to see if that can show us what’s going on. Here’s hoping that it’s just a pull or strain and not some sort of congenital disorder or arthritis. She’s only 5 1/2 after all.
